Do I have to pay upfront?

Yes. Your card is charged when you place your order. If you decide to return the glasses within 30 days, you’ll receive a full refund. No restocking fees or hidden costs.

When does my 30-day trial start?

Your 30-day trial begins the day your glasses arrive. You’ll have a full month to test every feature and decide if they’re right for you.

Do I need to keep the packaging to return it?

You’ll need to return the original box and accessories, but not the shipping packaging. As long as the glasses, box, and accessories are included, your refund will be processed smoothly.

How do I return it?

Contact support within 30 days of delivery for a prepaid return label. Once we receive your glasses, your refund is processed immediately.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after your return is received and inspected. You’ll be notified by email as soon as it’s processed.
