1-Year Limited Warranty
All NeuroSight™ Smart Glasses come with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers hardware defects, battery failures, and connectivity issues that occur under normal use.

What’s Covered
The warranty applies to functional problems related to the hardware, internal battery, or Bluetooth connection. If a covered issue is verified, customers will receive a full refund.

What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage beyond light exposure, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or normal wear and tear. Issues caused by improper handling or misuse are not eligible for coverage.

How to File a Claim
To start a warranty claim, complete the support form on our website. Include proof of purchase and photos or videos that clearly show the issue. Our team will review your submission and provide next steps.

Resolution Process
Approved claims are refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after verification.

Separate from the 30-Day Trial
The 1-year warranty is independent of our 30-Day Trial offer. The trial allows you to test the product risk-free, while the warranty covers unexpected hardware or performance issues over time.
